At WCMC and the Meon Valley Circuit youth groups, we give young people a safe space to explore the Christian faith and their own beliefs. Our groups are a place people can be authentically themselves and where everyone is welcome.

MYC runs every Monday, during term time, from 7pm-8:30pm. Entry is £1 per person. The group runs alternating weeks at Waltham Chase Methodist Church and Shirrell Heath Methodist Church.
This group is a great opportunity to make friends, have a lot of fun, with games, craft and prizes. We discuss great questions from the young people and introduce what Christianity is all about.
School Yrs 8+
After Service Fellowship is run on Sunday evenings at WCMC from 7pm-8:30pm during the school term.
With food, discussion, games and fun, what's not to love about ASF? This group is for all who want to find out a bit more just who this 'Jesus bloke' is, what he was all about, and if what he had to say 2000 years ago can still have animpact on our lives today.
School Yrs 9-13
TOAST (Talking on a Spiritual Topic) runs during term time each Tuesday from 7:30pm-9pm in the basement at WCMC.
Here we offer a space to go deeper and for young people to ask the big questions of life and faith (no question is a bad or silly one!) Anyone is welcome to explore these with us and of course eat snacks along the way. Sometimes it might even be toast!
School Yrs 6+
Bible Class is run as part of our Sunday services. We meet as part of the congregation at 10:30am and then after an initial time of worship we will head down to the youth basement.
This is a space for young people to meet together with their friends, to ask questions, pray, eat snacks and explore the Bible. We look to find out who it is all about and to see if it is still relevant to us in 2022!
We are proud to be part of the Wildfire Youth Project which is an organisation that brings different church youth groups from within and around Winchester together, giving young people an opportunity to meet with one another and encounter God. The Wildfire Team are passionate about working together for the benefit of young people from all around this area. They gather together resources and talents to run events such as youth training, school lunchtime clubs and girl’s self-esteem courses as well as worship evenings, socials and retreats for young people.
